Underfoot Feel
The midsole contains ZoomX foam and is shaped like a rocker. ZoomX foam is very high quality foam. It is light, soft and energy returning. The combination of the foam and the midsole's shape should help you to establish a fluid rhythm on your run.
The outsole and midsole are broad at both the heel and the forefoot. This provides a stable platform for you to land and push off from.
Notably, there is a lot of foam underneath your feet. The Invincible 3 feels protective and forgiving.
Upper Fit
An evolved Flyknit upper provides breathability and support where it is most needed.
We know that some runners find the Invincible 3 to feel loose at the heel. There is an extra eyelet which can be used for a tighter fit at the heel, if required. However, our advice is to only use this if you find that you definitely need it. In all likelihood you will find the looser and less intrusive fit at the heel will end up feeling very normal.
Ideal Run Type
The Nike Men's Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes are best for easy to steady paced training runs. The quality of cushioning makes them a great choice for long distance steady runs. And they should be an equally good choice for the next day's easy paced recovery run.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
