Underfoot Feel
The Nike Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes help make your daily miles feel more comfortable. This is because one of the most notable benefits of ZoomX foam is how soft and cushioned it feels. As a result, it can significantly reduce the impact of landing on hard surfaces.
ZoomX foam also offers amazing energy return. This has the potential to transform your run and make you feel as if you're springing from one step to the next.
In a bid to further reduce the workload on your muscles, the midsole features a curved heel-to-toe design and broad base-nets. While the rocker geometry rolls your feet forward, the specific midsole shaping helps to stabilise your feet and ankles.
Upper Fit
An evolved Flyknit upper should feel breathable, comfortable and supportive.
We know that some runners find the Invincible 3 to feel loose at the heel. There is an extra eyelet which can be used for a tighter fit at the heel, if required. However, our advice is to only use this if you find that you definitely need it. In all likelihood you will find the looser and less intrusive fit at the heel will end up feeling very normal.
Ideal Run Type
We recommend using the Nike Women's Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes for your slower to steady paced runs. The soft ZoomX cushioning is likely to feel best over this effort level.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
